Join us for a stroll through Rovensky Park!

Rovensky Park is a beautifully planted, public greenspace on Bellevue Avenue in Newport, with a nice array of deciduous and evergreen trees.. Living Collections Manager Joe Verstandig will discuss several interesting species and varieties showing seasonal interest in late September. He will also touch on several species adapted to and thriving in the wet soil conditions the park offers. Lastly, Joe will discuss collecting tree seed and general plant pathology. Approximate walking distance is under ½ mile, mainly on a foot path.
